The trade analyzer & finder
Most trade calculators add two numbers and call it a day. This one gives you a verdict — which categories you gain, which you give up, and what the deal does to the projected standings. And it's really two tools: a quick manual analyzer, and — with a league — a finder that scans every roster for trades worth sending.

With your league connected
- Let the finder do the prospecting
Hit 'Find trades'. It tests hundreds of swaps against the projected standings (5–15 seconds) and ranks proposals by YOUR projected-wins gain — with the other side's gain shown too, because a mutual win is a trade that actually happens.
- Read a proposal like a GM
Each row shows what you send and get, the categories you gain and fade, and two pills: 'you +1.4 W' and 'them +0.6 W'. Green on their side means their projection improves too — sellable. Grey means break-even for them — expect a negotiation.
- Load it in the evaluator
'Load in analyzer' pre-fills the evaluator below. Or build any deal from scratch: pick Team A (defaults to you) and Team B, tick who each side sends, and hit 'Evaluate trade'.
- Judge it on the standings
The evaluator shows both rosters before and after, the projected standings before → after for everyone the deal touches, and each side's category shift in win-probability points. A deal that 'wins on value' but loses your swing categories will show it here.
No league? The manual analyzer
Without an active league you get two roster cards — build My team and Opponent, then click players to mark who you give and receive. The verdict card gives the recommendation, your net value, a confidence read, and — the part most calculators skip — the replacement assumption: what the engine assumes you do with the opened roster spots, because a 2-for-1 is never just the two players.
Heads up: connecting a league replaces the manual builder with the finder + evaluator — that's by design, since the league version can price the standings impact.
- The evaluator needs every team's roster synced — if it asks, the "Sync all rosters" button does the whole league in one go.
- Trade math always uses expected games played (matching the standings) — a fragile star is priced as one.
- The finder stays inside a fair-value band — it won't propose anything insulting, so the list is sendable as-is.
