Stocks & Buckets publishes fantasy basketball projections, category valuations, rankings, and our written views, generated by our own model and analysis. It is provided for informational and entertainment purposes to help you make your own decisions.

Projections are estimates, not predictions of certain outcomes. Player performance, injuries, roles, and rosters change; we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or any particular result in your league. You are responsible for your own roster decisions.

Nothing on Stocks & Buckets is gambling, betting, investment, or financial advice. We do not facilitate wagering. Any decisions you make using the Service are your own.

Some features may require an account or a paid subscription. When paid plans are offered, pricing, billing, and cancellation terms will be presented at checkout and incorporated here. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Don't scrape, resell, or redistribute our data or content without permission; don't attempt to disrupt the Service, access it in unauthorized ways, or use it to break the law.

The Stocks & Buckets name, brand, written content, and projection outputs are ours and protected by copyright and other rights. Underlying NBA statistics are the property of their respective owners and are used to produce our analysis. You may not republish or redistribute any part of the site without our written consent.

Player photographs and NBA team names and logos shown in the interface are the property of the NBA, NBA Properties, Inc., and their respective member teams; they are displayed for identification only, and their appearance does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, the NBA, any team, or any player. The Service may link to or rely on third-party sites and data providers. We don't control and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. Review their terms and policies before relying on them.

We aim to keep the Service running smoothly but don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features at any time.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To that same extent, Stocks & Buckets is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including lost profits) arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and your statutory rights are unaffected.

You agree to indemnify and hold Stocks & Buckets harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts for any dispute.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue to apply. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control — for example acts of God, outages, or other disruptions outside our control.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
