What the market edge does
Drafts are markets, and markets misprice. Market edge lines our projection-backed board up against average draft position and surfaces the gaps: the players going rounds later than they should (steals) and the names the room is paying full sticker for (reaches).
It's platform-specific on purpose. Yahoo, ESPN, and Fantrax rooms each have their own ADP and their own blind spots — the market you should beat is the one you're actually drafting in.
How it works

- Steals are ranked by how far the market lets them fall below our projected value.

What is an ADP edge?
The gap between where the market drafts a player (ADP) and where our projections say he should go. A big positive gap is a steal you can wait on; a big negative gap is a reach to let someone else make.
Why does the platform matter?
Because ADP differs meaningfully across Yahoo, ESPN, and Fantrax — a player who's a value in one room is fairly priced in another. Your edge only exists against the market you're actually in.
