Getting set up
Everything here works better when it knows your league. One setup pass — account, connect, set active, sync — and every board and tool values itself for your format, your rosters, and your wire. No league handy? There's a demo league and full manual mode too.

The setup pass
- Create your free account
Sign up with Google or email — it's free. This unlocks the full projections board, every tool, and every past rankings season.
- Connect your platform on the account page
Yahoo connects through your own Yahoo session: either install the free Yahoo Relay extension for Chrome and press 'Connect through your browser' (one click, see the Yahoo Relay guide), or paste the two Yahoo cookies (T and Y) from DevTools under 'No extension? Paste two cookies instead'. Both save an encrypted session with us so your leagues sync even with the browser closed; then pick which league to import. ESPN needs your League ID; private ESPN leagues also need the SWID and espn_s2 cookies (DevTools → Application → Cookies on fantasy.espn.com). Fantrax needs your League ID; private Fantrax leagues also need the Secret ID from your Fantrax profile page (User Profile → Secret ID), and you can name your team so we know which roster is yours.
- Set the league active
Importing a league doesn't automatically point the tools at it — click 'Set active' on your account (or use the league switcher in the header). The active league is what every tool reads.
- Sync — and re-sync after moves
Sync pulls every team's roster, the matchup bracket, and standings from your platform. It's manual by design: press 'Sync league' after waiver moves or trades so the tools see your league as it is today.
- Check your lineup cadence
Each league carries a Daily or Weekly lineup setting. If it says 'assumed — set it if wrong', click the right one — it gates the matchup planner's lock mode and the streaming signals.
No league yet? Two more doors
The demo league is one click from any tool's league banner — invented teams over our real player data, so you can explore everything before connecting your own. And every roster-based tool also works fully manually: search players into a roster right on the page, and it persists on your device.
One platform quirk worth knowing: Fantrax doesn't expose scoring settings, so points weights are estimated — verify them in any tool's settings panel and hit Save as my default once they match your league.
- Settings-panel changes are per-visit by design — leaving a page restores your league's settings. Save as my default makes an override stick.
- In-season, turn on the weekly digest on your account — one email every Monday with your matchup outlook and the week's streaming targets.
